Refund policy

If you don't like your Coat Roper or change your mind, please send us an email (info@coatroper.com) within 100 days to let us know what you don't like about it and we will process a return on your order with a full refund.

Lifetime Warranty on all carbon fiber/plastic hardware.  If it breaks, send us a picture with a brief description of what happened (so that we can try to improve the product in the future) and we will send you a new coat roper free of charge.

The bungee cord and pull tab are wear items and are warrantied for 1x year from date of purchase.  If your bungee cord and/or pull tab wear our prematurely in less than a year, we will send you a replacement.  If you need to replace the bungee cord or tab after a year, replacement bungee cord and pull tabs can be ordered on our website.  If you would prefer to replace it yourself, you can find 1/8" black bungee/shock cord at most hardware stores or online.  Cut a length of bungee cord to exactly 2' and thread through the pull tab and your coat roper, secure the ends of the bungee cord with a simple overhand knot, and you are good to go.

If the Coat Roper does not fit your bag for some reason, please reach out (info@coatroper.com) to see if we can help troubleshoot.  If we can't figure out a solution, we will process a return on your order with a full refund
